Service identity

SOVRA AI / SOVRA Network is a developing strategic intelligence, simulation and reasoning platform operated by TVK LABS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD. Public material may describe research, architecture, prototypes, demonstrations, planned capabilities and ecosystem integrations. Those descriptions do not by themselves establish that a capability is generally available, production-qualified or suitable for a regulated or safety-critical use.

Protocol and token boundary. sovra.network is the SOVRA AI and network-information property. It is not the SOVRA token-sale contract surface. Token-sale participation, eligibility, pricing, allocation, vesting and purchase rights are governed only by the applicable SOVRA Protocol sale documents and dedicated sale portal. KYC / AML verification is enabled on the separate SOVRA Protocol investor system at sovraprotocol.com.

No regulated-status claim

Nothing on sovra.network represents that TVK LABS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD or SOVRA AI is a bank, payment institution, investment firm, exchange, custodian, broker, insurer or other regulated financial-services provider unless a specific page expressly states the relevant legal entity, jurisdiction and authorisation. No such status should be inferred from ecosystem diagrams, roadmap language or technical capability descriptions.

Unless otherwise stated, SOVRA names, designs, website content, documentation and software are owned by or licensed to TVK LABS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD and/or relevant TVK ecosystem entities. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
