Data we may process
- Contact and business identity information you submit through contact, pilot, partnership or programme enquiries.
- Technical and security data such as IP address, request metadata, browser/device information, security logs and abuse-prevention signals.
- Website usage data where analytics or similar technologies are enabled lawfully.
- Information you voluntarily provide in the SOVRA AI Advisor, subject to the separate Advisor Privacy Notice.
- Application, pilot or collaboration information where you ask to participate in a programme.
Purposes and lawful bases
We process data to operate and secure the site and services, answer enquiries, manage pilots and business relationships, improve reliability and user experience, prevent misuse, keep records, and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the context, the lawful basis may be performance of or steps toward a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required.
AI Advisor
Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by hosting, infrastructure, security, communications and AI service providers acting under their applicable contractual and legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we use or rely on an applicable lawful transfer mechanism and supplementary safeguards where required.
Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including security, dispute, contractual and legal-retention requirements. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and rights relating to portability and consent withdrawal. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or another competent supervisory authority.
